The Future Lab

We are the founder and organizer of the Future Lab, one of Ukraine's most prominent marketing, communications, and media conferences. Its goal is to develop the Ukrainian communications market, share experience, and present innovative solutions and products.

Expanding opportunities with digital

Initiative for the hear impaired

Since 2016, the company has been running an internship and employment program for hear impaired (initiated by Isobar Ukraine). Currently, the group employs several people with hearing impairments in various positions. We also provide sign language interpreters at specialized conferences to create equal opportunities for mastering digital skills.

Intellectual volunteering

Since 2018, the group's experts have been supporting the movement of intellectual volunteering in Ukraine and participating in crucial events of Pro Bono Club Ukraine: Pro Bono Week and European Pro Bono Summit.

We are preparing leaders for tomorrow

Media challenge

In 2018, dentsu Ukraine launched the annual case championship Media challenge for senior students, which helps to gain new knowledge in the media and advertising, listen to lectures by the company's top managers, develop communication skills, get acquainted with real business cases, and pass an interview for a junior position in the group.

Summer Class

A robust educational project in the field of advertising and media for university students and graduates. This is a 2-week intensive course in all media areas: TV, Digital, OOH, Radio, and Performance Marketing. Summer Class graduates can become part of the dentsu Ukraine team.

Dentsu Development School

It is a corporate online learning platform with courses of various levels and subject areas. Each employee has an account in the system and can study at any convenient time and in any place with an Internet connection.

TechLab

An in-house one-day conference for the Group's employees on innovations, trends, and technological innovations that are relevant today and will be in trend tomorrow.

A responsible approach to work and people

The program integrates health, sports, ecology, creativity, and charity. Every month, the project organizes activities to support healthy lifestyles, sports, environmental awareness, and harmonious development of employees as well as help those in need.

Children's Day

Every year on June 1st, dentsu Ukraine holds a Children's Day. Employees bring their kids to work, for whom the company organizes a lot of entertainment and useful activities and shows them where and how their parents work.
